Service Description

The Koncept Visual Lab is a six-week intensive program designed for dancers who are ready to elevate their performance quality and become part of a professionally filmed concept dance visual! Open to participants 17+ (including dancers who turn 18 in 2026), this experience blends the excitement of learning K-pop choreography with the creativity of performing original choreography by Maliyah. Throughout the program, dancers will train in a collaborative environment focused on building strong teamwork, refining musicality, and polishing stage presence. From studio rehearsals to on-camera execution, the Koncept Visual Lab guides each participant through the full process of bringing a concept dance visual to life. Final sign up date: December 31st, 2025

Cancellation Policy

Age Requirement The Koncept Visual Lab is open to dancers 17+, including participants who will turn 18 in 2026. Proof of age may be requested at registration. Attendance & Commitment The program is a six-week intensive, and consistent attendance is essential. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled rehearsals, filming days, and group sessions. Excessive absences may impact participation in the final filmed visual. Professional Conduct Dancers must maintain a respectful and positive environment. Bullying, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. Participants are expected to work collaboratively, uphold teamwork standards, and follow instructor direction. Filming & Media Release Participants must agree to be filmed as part of the program’s final concept dance visual. By enrolling, dancers grant permission for all footage, photos, and promotional content created during the program to be used for marketing, social media, and future promotional materials. Payments & Refund Policy Program fees must be paid in full by the stated deadlines. Full refunds are available up to seven (7) days before the program start date. Refund requests made within seven (7) days of the program start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid. No refunds will be issued after the program has begun unless the program is canceled by the organizers. Safety & Injury Policy Participants are responsible for monitoring their physical health and notifying instructors of any injuries or limitations. The program is not liable for injuries sustained during participation. Respect for Space & Equipment All studio spaces and filming locations must be treated with care. Damage to equipment or property caused by negligence may result in fees or dismissal from the program.
